These terms apply to orders placed with Cosmic San Diego, a San Diego cannabis delivery service. By placing an order you agree to the terms below and to our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to order. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot be age-verified.
Minors
Cosmic San Diego is an adults-only service intended for adults 21 years of age or older (or 18+ with a valid California medical cannabis recommendation). Our website and services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect or retain personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not use this site or provide any personal information. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, or you are a parent or guardian who believes your child has, contact us at 619-875-4917 and we will delete it. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal information.
Ordering, payment & delivery
Payment is cash on delivery (cash only). Order minimums start at $60 and vary by ZIP/area, and delivery is $0. We deliver within San Diego, 9AM – 10PM, daily. Orders outside our area may require a higher minimum. Estimated times are not guaranteed.
Text message (SMS) updates
When you consent at checkout, we send order confirmation and delivery-status text messages to the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
Returns
All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges. If you receive a defective product we will gladly provide an exchange as long as you contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
